Wandering-Gammon27. • 4 yr. ago. For me, I’d say Far Cry 3 (Classic Edition) beats AC 3 (Remastered) in terms of environment and story, but maybe not as much in terms of side missions. Far Cry 3’s Rook Islands look great but aren’t even close to feeling as alive as New York or Boston. Unity beats Far Cry 4 in terms of open world andSupport my channel on patreon!
The thing is, Far Cry 5 (and New Dawn, although I wouldn't put it equal) is the ONLY Far Cry that truly made me connect with the game and do the side content. Blood Dragon was the worse on that front (still, they didn't have much), then 3 a bit better, then 4 a bit better, and then finally Far Cry 5. (I played 3 first though).
Far Cry 4 is just straight up fun, even more-so co-op. If you've played Far Cry 3, you pretty much know what to expect. It doesn't stray from that formula much at all, but it does refine things. Shooting feels much better than it did in FC3 (in which it felt a bit floaty imo), and in general just feels more refined.
Yes and no. Farcry 4 has a lot more awe inspired scenes. Farcry 5 is more straight to the point farcry, just loot and shoot for freedom in hope county usa. Farcry 4 however has less multiplayer. It's hard to say which is more worth buying. far cry 6 seems like a redemption of farcry 2 so I'd wait until 6. 7 if you're patient.
Far Cry 3 tops our list of the best Far Cry games of all time for one important reason: balance. Far Cry 3 gets just about everything right in just the right amounts, whereas much of the rest of

It's more like, Amita want's to run the country like a military junta, Burma style. Using drugs to fund her military. And Sabal wants to be return the country to an oppressive religious regime, where the ruling religious leaders live in luxury and the common folk live in abject poverty.
Far Cry 4 definitely suffered from the 'Ubisoft formula'. Far Cry 5 meanwhile tries to focus more on interesting content, with side quests actually feeling side quests. Overall, both good games, with different strengths and weaknesses, but I think FC5 is the better game. Mikoianionut.
