The key to the build is Heart's Rest + Glory. Whenever you suffer a Damage or Fear (such as from Boasting's cost) then Glory will trigger, allowing you to gain inspiration. This will cause Heart's Rest to trigger, allowing you to remove the Damage/Fear you just suffered.
It's a lot less viable with Lords of Middle Earth because of the Keeper dice. But keeping that action die out of the hands of the Free Peoples in the base game can be huge. I think the best of circumstances puts Wormtongue and/or Threats and Promises out early, preventing build-up in Rohan. K2qxp.
