You will not get a headlight usage offence neither in ETS2 nor ATS when you drive with low beams all the time whether it's day or night, but you will get the offence when you don't use low beams in tunnels, when it's raining or when it's dark. Today, again, I got fined for not having the truck headlights on. It was 19:30. The sun was clearly still above the horizon and it was definitely not dark. This offence needs to be tweaked or removed completely. I try to avoid using the headlights as long as possible because of the fps hit. I mentioned in the past that the same offence applies
