Just bought Detroit: Become Human today, took like 4 hours to install and It won't launch. When I try to run it it just says preparing to launch and after a few seconds stops. I tried updating windows and my Microsoft 64x and 86x visuals. Not sure what to do next? Update: Tried reinstalling with my antivirus off (I read it could be an issue) and no change. Still won't start.

I put the new modded version of the idx file in the Detroit Become Human folder, then I delete the old idx file, then I rename the new idx file to the name of the deleted old idx file. Example: put BigFile_PC (2).idx in Detroit root folder. Delete BigFile_PC.idx. Rename BigFile_PC (2).idx to BigFile_PC.idx.

If you start to have mouse freezing and lagging plug it into a different USB port solved the problem for me, game has a problem with certain types of USB ports.
