Justbought a 2022 KTM 1290 Super Adventure R. It has about 1100 miles on it currently. Straight from KTM techs. This is a problem that we have seen. There is a casting flaw on the water pump cover. I love the way it rides but heard from a co-worker today that they are very problematic. Any and all input will be greatly appreciated.

My solution has been to cable tie the front brake lever to the handle bar overnight then in the morning do a quick bleed of both callipers and at the lever, it takes 10 mins and gives me heaps of pressure.
