You will see on the left side of the heater box on the A Pillar the TPMS module and being it is the Sync Module. It has a honey comb appearance.

The bluetooth module is supposed to be located above the passenger foot well. You need the wiring harness that connects it to the radio and then possibly activating it with Forscan. I've never seen a part number for this so it's possible that it is part of the main loom.
